We're thrilled to announce that Ben has been promoted to Director of Shop Operations and Education. This well-deserved promotion recognizes Ben's exceptional contributions to our organization and his vision for expanding access to quality woodworking education for all.

A New Chapter for Educational Excellence

In this newly created full-time role, Ben will elevate our educational programs to new heights by developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum strategy that serves woodworkers at every skill level—from those picking up their first chisel to experienced craftspeople refining advanced techniques.

Ben's expanded responsibilities include partnering with our talented instructors to ensure continuity and excellence across all classes, while also sharing his own expertise by developing and teaching courses that reflect his deep knowledge and passion for the craft. As the primary liaison with instructors, he'll work to create a cohesive educational experience that builds skills progressively and thoughtfully.
