Saratoga Joinery members handcrafted a flame maple map of Saratoga County for the Saratoga Springs Fire Department in honor of retired firefighter and master woodworker Otis Groff — and the dedication ceremony inspired a $1,000 gift toward youth woodworking education.

This February, Saratoga Joinery is the beneficiary of Northshire Bookstore's Round Up program, where customers can round up their purchases to support our community woodworking mission. Check out some of our favorite woodworking books on their shelves and consider rounding up at checkout to help us make woodworking accessible to all!

Michelle came to us a few months ago for help on a project of the utmost importance: her home on wheels. She is living the way many of us daydream about – untethering herself from the grind and living a simpler life.

At Saratoga Joinery, community and craftsmanship go hand in hand—and over the past two summers, that spirit came to life in a meaningful service project that brought members together to support Pitney Meadows Community Farm.

A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Joinery has a mission to offer a safe and inclusive environment for woodworkers of all levels to learn, build and share their passion for the craft right in downtown Saratoga Springs.

Saratoga Joinery will offer members access to a woodworking shop, machine room, wood supplies and tools. Those interested will also have the option to sign up for woodworking classes ranging from beginner to advanced experience levels.
